Registration Fees - 150 USD per person (Korean Won, 170,000)

All participants attending CAED Conference need to pay registration fee, 150 USD per each attendee by no later than 25 August, 2017. This registration fee equally applies to all participants, which is established to encourage attendance for the entire meeting. The registration fee will be charged regardless of the length of time a participant (speakers, discussion leaders, discussant, conferees) attends the Conference.

The registration fee will cover registration, meals during conferees. It will not cover for recreation, faxes, local transportation, telephone, or any other personal expenses. Guests without prior registration are not permitted to attend the sessions.

Cancellations received by 2nd September, 2017, 21days prior to meeting date: You will receive all amounts paid to CAED minus 3% of handling fee to the bank-account that you designate. If your payment was made to PayPal via credit card, the reimbursement will be issued to your credit card and the cancellation fee around 3-5% will be deducted.

Transferring Registration & Payment

The transfer of registrations from one participant to another is not allowed. Each participant must apply and be confirmed. If the application deadline has passed, and you have been asked to replace a canceling participant, please contact the Conference Operations Associate (caed2017@sogang.ac.kr; iias7@sogang.ac.kr).

Upon completion of the payment and sending us the registration form, we will notify the applicant(s) the completion of a registration via email. If you are not able to attend the conference after the registration, please notify CAED immediately
