·         특강 연사: Professor Robert Ji-Song Ku (SUNY)

  

Robert Ji-Song Ku is an associate professor of Asian and Asian American Studies at Binghamton University of the State University of New York. He is the author of Dubious Gastronomy: The Cultural Politics of Asian Food in the USA (University of Hawaii Press, 2014) and co-editor of Eating Asian America: A Food Studies Reader (New York University Press, 2013). He is currently co-editing two books: the first is From Bollywood to “Hallyuwood": Mapping Power and Pleasure Across Pop Empires and the second is Science, Medicine, and Technology in Modern Korea. As a recipient of a Fulbright U.S. Scholar Grant to Korea, he is teaching courses on American food in the American Culture Program at Sogang University.
